ENCONA is expanding, and we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for the smooth and effective implementation of training events and other services as well as for obtaining sales from customer accounts . This requires the coordination and preparation of large or small-scale training events both in-person and online. Coordination of travel logistics for personnel as well as clients to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
Important aspects of the role include: sales from new and existing clients, administration of the training events, coordination with all members of the organization, efficient internal communication with management and external communication with customers.
