We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team here at Old South Wood Preserving!
Responsibilities:
•Monitor multiple email accounts
•Assist with maintaining lumber inventory as well as lumber buying
•Maintain lumber price sheets weekly
•Make necessary travel arrangements for plant personnel
•Answer calls and enter customer orders
Qualifications:
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Organizational skills are a must
•Must be a good communicator and possess problem solving skills
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good characteristics to possess for this role: detail oriented, quiet in nature, good listening skills and a team player.
