Welcome to Hinie Train!!! We are a family owned and operated BBQ Restaurant with Custom Food Trailer. Hinie's began in the owners, Tripp, father's kitchen many years ago. Mr. Hinie concocted his own secret Hinie Liquor Sauce and shared it with his son, Tripp, when he was old enough to reach the grill. The sauce is the inspiration and the key to our whole operation. Our new restaurant location is north of Lawrenceburg, we also have a Custom Food Trailer that we use to travel and set up at events all over Middle Tennessee. Our new restaurant location is projected to open in late May. Come join us and come hungry! We hope to see you there.
